Please review these booking conditions before submitting your class request.
Monthly Packages & Payment
Monthly package pricing is available from a minimum of 4 hours per month.
To receive the monthly package price, the total number of hours you plan to take during the month must be paid before the classes begin.
Choose your preferred payment method directly in the booking form. Spanish for Everyone will provide the relevant payment details as part of the booking process.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
A refund of a monthly payment is applicable only when the teacher is unable to provide the classes at the agreed place or time, or cannot provide them using the agreed format — online or face-to-face.
If a student has committed to the monthly payment but cannot continue for any reason, the monthly payment is not refundable.
Monthly fees apply to the corresponding month and cannot normally be transferred or deducted from another month.
How Can I Reschedule a Class?
Only students taking private classes can reschedule a class.
A rescheduling request must be made at least 48 hours in advance. The replacement class must take place before the end of the month and is subject to teacher availability.
A class cancelled on the same day cannot be rescheduled and will be counted as taken.

Up to 3 rescheduled classes
Classes can only be transferred to the following month when the teacher was the one who needed to cancel.
If the student is not available on the suggested replacement dates for a class the teacher could not attend, that class will be discounted from the next payment.
Individual Class Booking
Students who choose individual sessions rather than a monthly package should request their class at least 48 hours in advance.
Individual bookings remain subject to teacher availability and a particular date or time cannot be guaranteed unless it has already been agreed.
